On Saturday, October 25,Agriturismo La Fine invites everyone to enjoy a special evening filled with good food, music, and good company, surrounded by the tranquility of the Piancaldoli hills, just a stone’s throw from the Raticosa Pass.
A menu that celebrates the flavors of the season
For the occasion, the Agriturismo’s kitchen has prepared a fall menu that evokes the scents of the woods and tradition, featuring local ingredients and homemade dishes.
The culinary journey begins with ficattole and assorted cold cuts, accompanied by local cheeses, and continues with potato tortelli with porcini mushrooms, a true classic of mountain cuisine.
For the main course, roast rabbit and guinea fowl with chestnuts and porcini mushrooms, followed by roasted chestnuts and mulled wine to warm the heart and end the evening on a sweet note.
The menu includes water, coffee, and 1/4 of a bottle of wine.

The energy will pick up thanks to a DJ set by Francisco Sniaca, who will get everyone dancing with infectious music and good vibes until late at night.
